How much does it cost?

There are no signup fees or monthly subscriptions.
A 20% platform fee is automatically deducted from the agreed job total. This is calculated for you when you place your bid, so you’ll always know exactly how much you’ll earn upon completion. A R10 withdrawal fee also applies each time you transfer funds from your wallet.

What is Budget Jobs?

Budget Jobs is an online marketplace for South Africans that offers a wide range of opportunities, from home tasks like painting, cleaning, gardening, and handyman work to business support roles like office admin, promotions, and IT services. Creative gigs such as photography, graphic design, and website support are also available, helping you earn online.

How do I get paid?

Budget Jobs makes use of a milestone system to secure your payments which means you can start the job with confidence. Once the task is complete, the Poster will release the milestone payment to your Budget Jobs wallet. From there, you can request a payout via the “Payout” tab in your user dashboard. The money will then be securely transferred to your nominated bank account.

A R10 service fee is automatically deducted upon payment release to cover transaction costs.

How many services/skills can I post for free?

You can post an unlimited number of services or skills for free. We do not currently offer memberships!
